Hi, I am Shaveta Jasra

I am the founder and wellness director of Evolve Get Inspired. I am a doctor of Ayurveda from Punjab, India. My greatest asset lies in my knack for implementing progressive ideas into concrete plans. I excel at creating sustainable change within existing frameworks in the wellness industry with my devotion and passion for healing. I have my own unconventional methods for maintaining wellness. My love for emotional depth empowers others, leaving a lasting impact in the world.

My mission is to guide individuals on a journey of inner balance and self-discovery through the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda, Yoga, Pranayama, Reiki, Emotional Healing, and Chakra Healing.

I am committed to making holistic wellness accessible online, so that healing and transformation can reach people wherever they are. Through practical lifestyle tools, spiritual practices, and e-courses, I help others align body, mind, and soul to unlock their highest potential.

Rooted in both ancient traditions and modern understanding, my work empowers individuals to live with clarity, vitality, and purpose. With compassion and integrity, I aim to create a global community where wellness is not a luxury, but a way of living.

My Story

Life is not easy — it's full of challenges, and we all know that. But a courageous heart knows how to find its way toward the highest good. Being human, I did the same. Whenever life knocked me down, I believed in myself and became friends with my fears. Following the light inside my heart, which was full of kindness and pure intentions, divine guidance took me to places where I found better ways of living and celebrating life.

Here, I want to give the same energy I received from the divine to others and leave the world a better place to be in. With life lessons, I have understood that accumulating degrees, medals, trophies, and certificates are of no value if you do not have the intention to use your wisdom to help others evolve.

So here I am, devoting my life to serving others — to make you feel seen, heard, understood, and to assure you that you were never alone.
